Chairman of  Chamber of Advocates: The resignation of Nikol Pashinyan  and non-recognition of the legitimacy of the document signed by him  may become a way out of this situation

ArmInfo. In my opinion, the  nine-point peace agreement contains the provisions of an  international agreement, so the prime minister was unable to sign it.  Chairman of the Chamber of Advocates Ara Zohrabyan wrote about this  on his Facebook page.

"In particular, this agreement refers to reconciliation, as well as  the establishment of transport links between Azerbaijan and  Nakhichevan through the territory of Armenia, which may impose  certain restrictions on the citizens of Armenia in terms of the use  of these territories.

In addition to the above, the Prime Minister is not authorized to  sign such a document on behalf of the people against their will.

In my opinion, the way out of this situation could be the resignation  of Nikol Pashinyan, non-recognition of the legitimacy of this  document, joint organization of the defense of Armenia and Artsakh.

The postscript reads: "I am sure that Russia will also respect the  decision of the Armenian people, will not want to lose the trust of  the Armenian people. We must avoid riots and other illegal  activities.
