On the initiative of the government, an extraordinary sitting of  parliament will be held today

By the decision of RA NA Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan, in accordance with  Article 100 of the RA Constitution and Article 41 of the  constitutional law of the Rules of Procedure of the National  Assembly, at the initiative of the Government on November 2 at 17:00,  an extraordinary sitting of the National Assembly will be convened by  the initiator's established agenda. According to the source, there are 2 issues on the agenda. The bill  "On Amendments to the Law on Local Self-Government", as well as the Bill "On Amendments to the Law on Local Self-Government in the City of  Yerevan".
