ArmInfo.Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said on November 1 that he arrived in Azerbaijan to discuss the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, TASS reports. "We are back in Baku to discuss the latest developments in Nagorno-Karabakh and reaffirm our strong support for Azerbaijan," he wrote on his Twitter page.
It should be recalled that a day earlier, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said in an interview with the German ARD TV company that Baku does not want a third country to intervene in the Karabakh conflict, answering the question of whether Baku expects help from Turkey.
"This is a war between us and Armenia, others should avoid interference," Aliyev said, adding at the same time: "We do not see the possibility of another country's intervention, since our neighboring countries are our allies and friends."
It should be noted that the Armenian side, like most of the leading states in the world, has more than serious evidence of Ankara's direct participation in the armed conflict in Karabakh.
The presidents of the United States, Russia, France and other states have repeatedly spoken about Turkey's participation in the war in Artsakh, calling on Ankara to abandon direct interference in the confrontation.
