The hostile force has used munitions that contain elements of chemical weapons (White Phosphorus) and are prohibited by Geneva Conventions. The operational and tactical situation is under the control of the DA units, " the message says.
To note, in 1977, an additional protocol of the Geneva Convention was adopted, which in the course of hostilities finally banned the use of phosphorus in cases when civilians may become its victims.
