National minorities tackled in Baku - military-political observer

From October 29, entry / exit to the city of Lenkoran, as well as to the Jalilabad and Masalli regions of Azerbaijan, mainly inhabited by Talysh, is prohibited. Military-political observer Bagrat Movsesyan informs about this on his page. "The only exceptions are special vehicles (ambulance, fire, etc.) and trucks." The Azerbaijani leadership cites the coronavirus pandemic as the reason for such measures. Nevertheless, earlier, most likely the localization of these particular regions of the country was associated with the indignation of the population by  forceful methods of mobilizing the local population. Attempts by the  Talysh to abandon the military conscription are brutally suppressed.  The national minorities of Azerbaijan feel the conduct of ethnic  discrimination and even genocide under the veil of mobilization for  the theater of military operations in Artsakh. Military observers, on  the basis of numerous testimonies, say that Talysh, Lezghins and  representatives of other peoples are sent to the most dangerous  sectors of the front, making them "cannon fodder".
