Yerevan calls on Baku and its sponsor Ankara to abandon policy of  sabotaging international efforts to establish a truce

ArmInfo.The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry issued a manipulative statement in which an attempt was made to present the position of Azerbaijan and Turkey, rejecting  a peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, as the  approach of the Armenian side.  This is stated in the statement of  the Armenian Foreign Ministry.

The Armenian Foreign Ministry stressed that the military aggression  carried out by Azerbaijan against the people of Artsakh with the  direct participation of Turkey and the terrorists sponsored by Turkey  is aimed at exterminating the indigenous people of Artsakh, and from  the very first day it is accompanied by numerous violations of  international humanitarian law and war crimes.

The RA MFA stressed that these actions create the need to fully  ensure the existential security of the people of Artsakh.

At the same time, the ministry once again reminded that Armenia  consistently supports the unconditional implementation of the  ceasefire agreements of October 10 and 17, agreed with the assistance  of the leaders of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing countries.

"Constantly speaking from positions that exclude a military  settlement of the conflict, we once again emphasize that the  Nagorno-Karabakh conflict can be settled exclusively by peaceful  means within the framework of the co-chairmanship of the OSCE Minsk  Group, a format with an international mandate.  We call on  Azerbaijan, and its sponsor Turkey, to abandon their traditional  policy of sabotaging the efforts of the international community aimed  at establishing a controlled ceasefire and shifting the blame onto  the Armenian side, "the Armenian Foreign Ministry summed up.
