ArmInfo.Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, during a conversation with his Estonian counterpart Urmas Reinsalu, informed him about the situation due by the large-scale war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh.
As reported by the RA MFA press service, Mnatsakanyan also informed his Estonian counterpart about the war crimes committed by Azerbaijan during the hostilities, which are manifested in deliberate attacks on civilians, civilian infrastructure and killings of Armenian prisoners of war, as well as continuous deliberate shelling of cultural, religious and historical monuments. The interlocutors stressed the need to fulfill the ceasefire agreements reached. Mnatsakanyan reaffirmed Armenia's position on the need to establish a verification mechanism to ensure a stable ceasefire regime.
