NSS: The commander of the NKR Defense Army, who disseminated false  information about the alleged agreement of the Armenian authorities  on the surrender of land, was charged

ArmInfo. Deputy platoon commander of the Defense Army N.M.  disseminated false information that the Armenian authorities, allegedly, agreed to hand over land. This was  reported by the press service of the NSS of Armenia.

According to the source, as a result of these actions, some  servicemen felt a sense of panic and insecurity, as a result of which  some of the servicemen on combat duty, succumbing to provocations,  left the place of service, refusing to carry out their military  duties.

N.M. is charged with 364 of the RA Criminal Code, that is, refusal to  perform military service, which he did during martial law, war or  hostilities. Arrest was chosen as a preventive measure against him.
