Turkish President believes that  OSCE Minsk Group must "return the  territories to Azerbaijan"

ArmInfo.  Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan  expressed his opinion on Wednesday that the OSCE Minsk Group must  complete negotiations on Nagorno-Karabakh and "return the  territories" to Azerbaijan, TASS reports.

"Azerbaijan is only demanding the return of the occupied territories,  but the Minsk Group, in particular the United States, France and  Russia, is dragging out the process. All that the Minsk Group must do  is to immediately complete the negotiations and hand over the  territories to their owner," the head of state said during speech  time in parliament.

Turkey was not involved in sending Syrian opposition militants from  the Arab republic to Azerbaijan, Erdogan claims. "Nobody talks about  the weapons that were supplied from Russia and France to Armenia, but  they accuse Azerbaijan of using Syrian militants. The Syrians have  business in their home country, they would not go there," the head of  state said.

Yesterday, the American "The Wall Street Journal" published an  article that reported that hundreds of militants associated with  Turkey were transferred from Syria to the conflict zone in  Nagorno-Karabakh.  The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation  is concerned about information about the transfer of militants of  terrorist groups from the Middle East to the conflict area in  Nagorno-Karabakh, the ministry told reporters on Tuesday. As noted,  Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu expressed this concern to head  of the Turkish military department Hulusi Akar during telephone  conversations on Monday.
