
ArmInfo.Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan expressed gratitude to Russian President Vladimir Putin for his assistance in establishing truce. Harutyunyan stated this at a press conference.
Harutyunyan also expressed gratitude to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and the chairmanship of the OSCE Minsk Group, which today remains the only recognized format for resolving the Artsakh conflict.

Harutyunyan also stressed the indifference of the Azerbaijani authorities to the bodies of their own soldiers, who were left at the front line.

To note, the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Jeyhun Bayramov on October 9 held consultations in Moscow on the invitation of the President of Russia. The consultations were also attended by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. During the consultations, the parties agreed on a ceasefire from 12:00 on October 10 for humanitarian purposes, for the exchange of prisoners of war and the bodies of those killed through the mediation of the Red Cross.
