Analyst: Direct clash between Russia and Turkey is not in the  interests of the countries of the South Caucasus

Commenting on the allied obligations to Armenia in an interview with  "Russia 24", Russian President Vladimir Putin confirmed Russia's  readiness to fulfill them, adding that "the Armenian leadership has  no questions for Russia to fulfill allied obligations." "I am in  constant contact with Pashinyan on Karabakh," Putin stressed.

"Redirecting the successful implementation of the mission of the  Armenian Army towards Russia, belittling its achievements, the degree  of its power proceeds from the interests of both Moscow and Ankara.  In fact, losing on the Artsakh front to the Armenian Army, Turkey  scatters almost all of its achievements as a regional actor. In this  light, even now, and especially in the future, the Turks are  interested in presenting the victorious march of the Armenian Army as  a result of the involvement of Russia, "he stressed.

Likewise, Russia is also interested in presenting South Caucasian  impulses as a result of its involvement and its power. In this light,  according to Saroyan, any talk in the Armenian society about Russian  or any other peacekeeping runs counter to the sovereignty, state  interests of Armenia and, in general, common sense.

In this context, the biggest problem of the Armenian society,  according to the analyst, is the servicing of foreign interests, not  only by agents of influence, but also by the citizens of Armenia, who  have an outdated idea of the power and influence of Russia, the  United States or any other country. "Meanwhile, the world has changed  a long time ago. The time has come for our change. The time has come  to shake off the" syndrome of genocide. "Be sure, external forces  will definitely help us.
