Commenting on the allied obligations to Armenia in an interview with  "Russia 24", Russian President Vladimir Putin confirmed Russia's  readiness to fulfill them, adding that "the Armenian leadership has  no questions for Russia to fulfill allied obligations." In this light,  according to Saroyan, any talk in the Armenian society about Russian  or any other peacekeeping runs counter to the sovereignty, state  interests of Armenia and, in general, common sense.

In this context, the biggest problem of the Armenian society,  according to the analyst, is the servicing of foreign interests, not  only by agents of influence, but also by the citizens of Armenia, who  have an outdated idea of the power and influence of Russia, the  United States or any other country.
