ArmInfo. Russian President Vladimir Putin did not discuss the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh with the leaders of Turkey and Azerbaijan, since such negotiations were not included in his work schedule. This was reported by the Spokesperson of the head of state Dmitry Peskov, reports FAN.
"It is connected with the work schedule. This does not mean that Russia has a deficit in working contacts. Lavrov is in constant contact with Azerbaijan and Turkey. The Russian-Azerbaijani dialogue is carried out at a high level, on an ongoing basis," the Kremlin spokesman said, answering why Putin talked about Karabakh with the Prime Minister of Armenia, but not with Baku or Ankara.
Peskov added that if necessary, negotiations with the presidents of Turkey and Azerbaijan will take place.
"If necessary, Putin will discuss the situation with his counterpart. So far there are no plans for this week. But we are talking about a war, the situation is developing rapidly," the Spokesman of the Russian president summed up.
