ArmInfo.Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili intends to hold a telephone conversation with the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia and expressed her readiness, if possible, to host a meeting of the OSCE Minsk Group on the settlement of the Karabakh conflict in Tbilisi.
"The time has come to hold the talks with the presidents, which are scheduled for this week ... it is important to preserve the fact that Georgia adheres to neutrality towards both neighboring countries. Our economies and development depend on stability and peace," Zurabishvili said in an interview with Rustavi TV 2 ".
According to her, the Georgian side called on the parties to a ceasefire in order to avoid victims of the conflict.
"Preconditions for the readiness to engage the OSCE Minsk Group are noticed on both sides. I think that we should facilitate the holding of the meeting, at least in Georgia. We will do everything and are ready for everything that is acceptable to them," the president said.
