RA Prime Minister: Together, we must break the back of the enemy

ArmInfo. For almost a week now, the people of Artsakh and the people of Armenia have resisted a large-scale Azerbaijani-Turkish terrorist attack. Prime Minister  Nikol Pashinyan stated this in his address to the Armenians.

According to him, the scale of the attack is unprecedented. The enemy  is attacking on a scale that, according to military experts, in the  21st century has not often happened in any country in the world.   Hundreds of tanks and combat vehicles, thousands of shells and  missiles, dozens of planes, hundreds of unmanned aerial vehicles and  tens of thousands of people following them have been attacking the  positions of the Artsakh Defense Army along the entire confrontation  line for one week.

Nikol Pashinyan noted that the analysis of the previous day showed  that one position of the Artsakh Defense Army is attacked by 150-200  enemy soldiers.

Moreover, such attacks are repeated several times during the day,  accompanying them with rocket and artillery shelling and the use of  armored vehicles and UAVs. According to the testimony of the Armenian  military personnel, in addition to the Azerbaijani armed units,  Syrian mercenaries and terrorists, and special Turkish units are  involved in the hostilities. According to the Armenian side, about  150 high-ranking Turkish military are at various command posts,  leading the hostilities.  This, according to the prime minister,  should testify to the heavy fighting going on on the front lines. For  a week now, units of the Artsakh Defense Army, detachments of  volunteers have been fighting for life and death on the sacred land  of Artsakh. At the moment, there are already numerous casualties,  both military and civil. A large number of military equipment was out  of order, but the enemy did not manage to solve a single  military-strategic problem. The heroism shown by soldiers, officers  and generals is unprecedented.  Our soldiers do not spare anything,  demonstrating examples of unparalleled heroism. Today, on the  battlefields, there are hundreds of destroyed enemy military  equipment, dozens of aircraft and helicopters, hundreds of UAVs, and  enemy casualties exceed several thousand people. And today heavy  fighting continues in various sectors of the front line. In some  areas, the units of the Defense Army are in a difficult situation, in  others they are confidently controlling the situation.

"Dear compatriots, dear brothers and sisters, we live in the most  crucial period in the last millennium. The Azerbaijani-Turkish attack  is not only a military or military-political issue that they pursue,  they came not only for Karabakh, not only for territories, villages  and cities, their goal is Armenians and the continuation of the  policy of genocide, '' the head of the Armenian government said ,  adding that today's Armenians are no longer the exiles of Der-Dzor.  He became convinced of this when he spoke on the phone the night  before with the commanders of the defensive areas, division  commanders, with officers, warrant officers and soldiers.

He also stressed that the Armenian people faced a new Sardarapat. And  the Armenian people must achieve their goal, whose name is Victory,  and each of us must be ready to be at the forefront of this victory.  "And we will win, we will definitely win, and let no one doubt it,"  the RA Prime Minister said
