ArmInfo. The Japanese authorities urge the parties involved in the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh to end the military confrontation and sit down at the negotiating table. This was announced on October 1 at a regular press conference by the Chief Cabinet Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Japan Katsunobu Kato, TASS reports.
"We call on all parties involved to stop hostilities, show maximum restraint and start a dialogue," he said. Kato also stressed that the Japanese government is seriously concerned about the ongoing military clashes in the region, which led to civilian casualties.
