ArmInfo. The court session on the case of the second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan and others will not take place. A group of Kocharian's lawyers reported this. The lawyers stressed that they were informed in the apparatus of judge Anna Danibekyan that the meeting scheduled for September 29 would not take place.
"According to the information we have, the reason for the postponement of the hearing was the message of Seyran Ohanyan's lawyer Karen Mezhlumyan, according to which Ohanian is in Artsakh due to the tense situation. We will additionally inform about the date of the next meeting>, emphasizes the team of Kocharyan's lawyers.
To note, according to the head of the office of the second president of Armenia, Victor Soghomonyan, Robert Kocharian left for the defending Artsakh. Note that Kocharyan was the first president of Artsakh and was directly involved in organizing the defense and liberation of the republic in the 90s. Kocharyan and Ohanyan preferred, due to their high organizational experience and knowledge, to be with their compatriots these days.
