As reported by the press service of the RA government, the Prime Minister of Armenia said that Azerbaijan began military operations along the entire line of contact with Artsakh. He expressed deep concern about the current situation and its further aggravation. In particular, it was stressed that Azerbaijan resorts to provocations to start hostilities in the direction of the state border with the Republic of Armenia. The Prime Minister of Armenia drew special attention of the interlocutor to the pronounced biased and aggressive position of Turkey and the need to prevent possible interference of this country.
President Macron expressed deep concern over the current situation and stressed the inadmissibility of further escalation of tensions. He stressed the need to take all measures to end hostilities and to de-escalate tensions. The French President also stressed the need to intensify the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group co- chairs to restore peace in the region.
