ArmInfo. Within the framework  of the criminal case initiated on the basis of materials prepared by  the RA Special Investigation Service, three criminal investigators of  the Criminal Investigation Department of the Nor Nork Department of  the RA Police were detained on suspicion of committing criminal acts  stipulated by paragraphs 1 and 4 part of Article 309.1 of the RA  Criminal Code. According to the Investigative Committee, on the same  day the head of the RA Police Department for the Nor-Nork  administrative district was also detained on suspicion of committing  a criminal act provided for by part 1 of Article 308 of the RA Criminal Code.

According to the factual data acquired in the framework of the  criminal case, the detective of the criminal investigation department  of the police department for Nor Nork T.A., in order to resolve the  personal conflict between his wife and the wife of Vladimir Ohanyan,  together with the detectives of the same branch N.B. and G.M.  detained Vladimir Ohanyan. At the same time, a friend of Vladimir  Ohanyan, Armen Ghazaryan, was detained, who demanded clarification on  this matter. There the aforementioned police officials beat the  detainees: V. Ohanyan for a quarrel with T.A.'s wife, and A.  Ghazaryan - for voiced insults.

After the described incident, the head of the Nor Nork Police  Department intervened in the course of the official investigation at  the request of Ghazaryan and, abusing his powers, committed illegal  actions aimed at refusing the latter from the complaint.

The preliminary investigation of the criminal case continues.
