ArmInfo. Yesterday a bill was put into circulation, according to which Armenian citizens over 27 years old who have not completed compulsory military service and are under criminal prosecution will be exempted from criminal prosecution in case of payment of a two-year salary of a contract soldier. MP from the "My Step" faction Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, announced this on his Facebook page.
The MP, in particular, noted: "In addition, after the payment of the specified amount, already exempted from criminal prosecution, a citizen can get a contract soldier for a period of two years, within the next three years.
