As a result of investigative actions and operational- search measures in the criminal case investigated by the Main Directorate for Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee, the circumstances of theft on an especially large scale from the "Technical Center - Academy" CJSC of the Football Federation of Armenia were revealed.
According to the IC, it turned out that in 2010-2019 a person who held the position of director of JSC "Technical Center-Academy" FFA, during 2013-2018 during meetings with persons holding the position of directors of Noralusin LLC, owned by the family of the then FFA President Ruben Hayrapetyan, under the pretext of holding training camps for the students of the FFA Technical Center-Academy CJSC in the Zepyur summer camp of Noralusin LLC and the hotel in a recreation area, entered into false contracts for the provision of services. On the basis of this document, in the absence of visits to the camp by the indicated persons and the provision of services to them, tax invoices containing false information were drawn up, on the basis of which AMD 98,785,332 were stolen from the "Technical Center-Academy" CJSC by making payments.
On the basis of sufficient evidence, the directors of CJSC "Technical Center-Academy" FFA and LLC "Noralusin" were charged under paragraph 1 of part 3 of Article 179 (misappropriation or embezzlement) and Article 325 (forgery, sale or use of documents, stamps, seals, forms, government vehicle numbers) of the RA Criminal Code.
