Depending on this, we will work in various international structures, in different formats," he said.
"Our demand is that the International Red Cross mission visit our servicemen in Azerbaijan, but, according to my information, according to the situation at the moment, it has not been fulfilled," the Minister added, expressing confidence that within the framework of international structures, including the OSCE and the ICRC, efforts are being made to return the Armenian servicemen.
The Minister also touched upon the activities of the Inquiry Committee for Examining the Circumstances of the Military Activities of April 2016, noting that a lot of work had been done on its part. At the same time, according to him, the RA Ministry of Defense carried out a thorough analysis and gave its answers to many questions, and from the side of the department, according to him, there was a lot of self-criticism. Speaking about whether the positions lost during the April war were of military and strategic importance, the Minister noted that, in general, all positions have a military purpose and solve tactical problems.
