ArmInfo. The Armenian government made a decision to nominate Edgar Shatiryan for the position of a candidate for a judge of the Constitutional Court. The press service of the government reports.
Edgar Shatiryan is a candidate of legal sciences, associate professor, teacher of the Department of Constitutional Law of the Faculty of Law of YSU.
Note that last year Shatiryan was elected a member of the Corruption Prevention Commission. However, when he was not elected head of the commission, Shatiryan resigned.
It should be reminded that earlier the government of Armenia nominated Vahram Avetisyan, head of the department of civil law of the Faculty of Law of YSU, for the vacant position of a judge of the Constitutional Court, but then he refused.
