In order to fulfill the COVID-19 requirements of the State of Emergency Commandant of RA with better conditions for tourists, "Tourism Armenia" Association and "Prom-Test" laboratories have signed a memorandum of understanding to improve the testing experience for tourists. The document was signed by "Tourism Armenia" Association Chair Syuzanna Azoyan and the Chief of staff of "Prom-Test" laboratories Sevada Ginoyan.
The memorandum provides that sampling will be carried out on the territory of tourist self-isolation, the answer will be automatically sent to the tourist's e-mail. Users of the service are provided with a 50% discount on the cost of the test, discounts will also apply to other sampling services. Preferential conditions apply to personnel accompanying and serving tourists.
At this stage of easing the conditions of the state of emergency, according to the decision of the RA Ministry of Health, those arriving in Armenia must undergo a 14-day self-isolation regime, the period of which may be reduced as a result of a negative test result. "As a result of clever and systematic work, I am confident that Armenia will win this challenge, which is unprecedented for tourism.
