Armenian Foreign Minister held talks with counterpart from UAE

ArmInfo.During the telephone conversation, Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and UAE Foreign Minister Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan discussed issues of Armenian-Emirati cooperation in spheres of mutual interest.

As ArmInfo was told in the press service of the RA MFA, the  interlocutors especially pointed to the importance of cooperation in  such areas as economics and healthcare.

The parties mutually expressed satisfaction with the high level of  friendly relations and the dynamics of cooperation between Armenia  and the United Arab Emirates.

During the conversation, the diplomats discussed the steps taken at  the national and international levels to overcome the novel  coronavirus pandemic.

The ministers also touched upon a number of topical issues of  international and regional security.  Mnatsakanyan presented to his  colleague Armenia's approaches to peace and security in the region.
