The next meeting will be held on July 7, at 1:00pm. During the meeting, the lawyer of the former CSTO Secretary General Yuri Khachaturov Mihran Poghosyan said that during the previous meeting he had contact with a patient with coronavirus. Despite the fact that the test of the lawyer gave a negative result and Poghosyan has no symptoms of the disease, the latter did not exclude that he could become infected. ''The medical center informed me that I passed the test early, so the result may not be accurate. I will have to pass the second test today, or tomorrow>, Poghosyan said.
The defense side supported this position of Poghosyan, the second president of Armenia Robert Kocharian, taking part in the meeting, also noted that it is necessary to sanitize the meeting room. In turn, the prosecution stated that the defense side deliberately delays the lawsuit. The court adjourned. After the break, the court again listened to the opinions of the parties who remained unconvinced.
Yuri Khachaturov appealed to the court with a proposal next time to resolve technical issues before the meeting. Khachaturov's proposal was also supported by lawyer Hovhannes Khudoyan.
Judge Anna Danibekyan stated that the existing technical problems could not be resolved in a hurry, stating that the meeting will be postponed for a week.
