ArmInfo.On June 19, political consultations were held between the foreign ministries of Armenia and Kyrgyzstan at the level of deputy ministers in a video conference format. This was reported by the press service of the RA MFA.
During the consultations, the Deputy Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Kyrgyzstan, Shavarsh Kocharyan and Azizbek Madmarov, discussed the prospects of enhancing cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats, emphasizing a number of issues on the regional and international agenda of mutual interest. The parties discussed the prospects for deepening trade, economic and humanitarian relations between the two countries, emphasizing the need for a planned meeting of the intergovernmental commission. During the videoconference, the importance of holding regular consultations between foreign ministries at different levels and between different departments was emphasized.
