ArmInfo. A cargo with 28 oxygen concentrators, which are used for oxygen therapy of patients, is sent to Armenia from Georgia. The cargo sent as humanitarian aid is intended for the treatment of patients with coronavirus.
Director of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund Haykak Arshamyan said on his Facebook page that compatriots from Luxembourg and Belgium, as well as the Caritas charity, joined the Fund and the recently formed Friends of Armenia - Georgia initiative. <In total, over the past few days, thanks to this initiative, 55 oxygen concentrators have been transferred to the RA Ministry of Health. In the matter of transporting concentrators and solving other current issues, we had constant support from the Armenian Embassy in Georgia and Ambassador Ruben Sadoyan>, wrote Arshamyan, noting that 75 such devices were delivered through the Fund's channels to Armenia and Artsakh.
In total, 14669 cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Armenia, 5466 people recovered, 245 died. Currently 8876 patients are receiving actual treatment.
