Today, the Commandant's Office will receive a suction, according to which from now on only citizens with the appropriate certificate of negative test for coronavirus will be able to enter Artsakh. This is a strict requirement, but it must be fulfilled. It also applies to servicemen who enter and leave Armenia: their quick testing will be organized at the checkpoint>, Harutyunyan said. He also noted that in the case of weddings and funerals, strict rules will be established, since the largest source of the spread of coronavirus are funeral ceremonies.
The President noted that in Artsakh the number of cases of COVID-19 is small and the situation is being monitored. Touching upon Armenia, he expressed hope that after the peak of the spread of coronavirus, a decline will be recorded.
According to the latest data, a total of 59 cases of coronavirus were detected in Artsakh, 31 patients recovered, 74 citizens were isolated. In total, 1,192 tests for COVID-19 were conducted. In connection with the epidemiological situation, a state of emergency was declared in Artsakh.
