ArmInfo. Control over COVID-2019 isolated citizens and those who were contacted with infected people has been tightened in Armenia. According to the press service of the government, full information about the aforementioned will be  collected on an "ArMed" single information platform. 

According to the source, penalties will be applied in regard to  COVID-2019 self-isolated citizens or those who were contacted with  infected citizens of COVID-2019 if they leave their place of  self-isolation.  In particular, violators of the quarantine regime  face a fine from 100 thousand to 250 thousand drams, violators of the  isolation and self-isolation regime - from 300 thousand to 500  thousand drams (or arrest for.  If a citizen infected with COVID-2019  infects two or more people and causes damage to health, the fine will  be 500 to 700 thousand drams (or arrest for 1 to 3 months), if the  infection has resulted in death, the citizen is deprived of liberty  for a term 2 to 4 years.  It is reported that at the moment no  serious cases have been reported, but more than 100 protocols have  already been drawn up. According to Advisor to the Deputy Prime  Minister Bagrat Badalyan, tightened control is necessary in terms of  ensuring public health, national security, the economy, and the  health system.  As stated in the message, Armenia is divided into 119  zones for control purposes, each of which has representatives of law  enforcement agencies and the health system, who will call  self-insulated citizens once a day, be informed about their state of  health, location, and  will  visit them without warning. 

It should be noted that according to the data as of 11:00 on June 6,  547 new cases of coronavirus infection were detected in Armenia,  another 207 patients recovered. In total, 12364 cases of coronavirus  were confirmed in the republic, 3,720 people recovered, 190 died.  Over the last day, the disease claimed the lives of 7 people aged 56  to 92; all but one of them had accompanying chronic diseases.  Currently, 8385 patients are receiving treatment. In total, 66674  tests for coronaviruswere conducted in the republic.
