Araik Harutyunyan and Samvel Babayan signed a memorandum of  cooperation

ArmInfo.President of the Artsakh Republic Araik Harutyunyan, on behalf of the Alliance of Parties "Free Homeland - United Civil Alliance", led by him, signed a  Memorandum of Cooperation with the chairman of the United Homeland  Party, Samvel Babayan. This was reported by the press service of the  President of Artsakh.

According to the source, Harutyunyan noted that cooperation with  political forces is aimed at maintaining an atmosphere of solidarity  in the country and making joint efforts to implement the provisions  of party programs.

Araik Harutyunyan also noted that the alliance of the parties "Free  Homeland - United Civil Alliance" within the framework of the formed  agenda is ready for cooperation with other parliamentary and extra-  parliamentary forces.

In his speech, Samvel Babayan also noted the importance of the idea  of cooperation, emphasizing that it is in demand, first of all, from  the point of view of effectively countering the internal and external  challenges facing the homeland.
