US Ambassador to Armenia Lynne Tracy said this on May 21 during a video conference commenting the statement by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on a phased resolution of the Karabakh conflict.
The American diplomat also noted that Russia is one of the three co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group. "We are trying to carry out constructive activities as part of a mediation mission. We will continue to be committed to resolving this multi-year conflict," Tracy said. At the same time, she added that in the context of the coronavirus pandemic, the negotiation process continues under the auspices of the OSCE Minsk Group, video conferences are held, including with the involvement of the parties to the conflict.
