Within the framework of the meeting, correspondence on Facebook dated February 1, 2019 between Sanasaryan and the Minister of Health of the Republic of Armenia Arsen Torosyan was presented.
According to the data presented, the minister said that it was unacceptable that the State Audit Office made changes to the criteria for the tender for the purchase of hemodialysis devices, noting that these changes would ensure the victory of a particular company. Sanasaryan, in response, retorted that these steps were taken to increase competition in the market, where there is a monopoly between criminal authority Arthur Asatryan (known as Don Pipo - ed.) And businessman Samvel Aleksanyan. At the end of the meeting, Sanasaryan told reporters that the aforementioned persons were selling hemodialysis machines at inflated prices, thereby earning superprofits.

Recall that in April 2019, Sanasaryan was charged with abuse of power during a tender for the supply of medical equipment for hemodialysis. As part of the tender for the purchase of equipment for hemodialysis, the NSS previously arrested the head of the SCS procurement control department Samvel Adyan, the chief specialist of the same department Gevork Khachatryan and the accountant of Zorashen LLC Taron Avetisyan. Later, Gevork Khachatryan was released from custody, and a written undertaking not to leave the place of rest was chosen as a measure of restraint.
According to the National Security Service, Samvel Adyan, the acting head of the procurement control department of SCS, together with the chief specialist of the same department Gevork Khachatryan, having entered into a preliminary conspiracy on the basis of personal interest, contrary to the interests of the service, using his official position, was illegal during 2018-2019 intervened in the organized procurement procedures of controlled facilities in order to acquire the medical equipment necessary for the Ministry of Health of Armenia and a number of medical centers, with The goal is to ensure victory in the announced tenders of the trade organizations sponsored by them.
