Thus, according to the report of the RA Prosecutor General's Office, in the course of studies conducted in the first quarter of the current year and begun, but completed in the above period, by the relevant bodies of the military prosecutor's office, in 47 cases violations were identified, which were mainly recorded in areas such as the rear service, armaments, military medicine, capital construction and provision of housing for military personnel.
It is reported that 37 warnings were sent (4-fold more than in the same period of 2029) about the need to restore damage to the state.
The department added that criminal proceedings were initiated on 24 out of 35 prepared materials, which is 3-fold more than in the same period of 2019.
"The damage caused to the state as a result of violations recorded in the first quarter of 2020 amounted to 480. 703.415 drams, of which 4,085,423 drams have already been recovered," the military prosecutor's office said, stressing that criminal cases were opened for all cases not restored, and efforts are being made to voluntarily or forcefully return funds.
