ArmInfo. Head of the parliamentary faction "My Step", Lilit Makunts, expressed hope that the <Bright Armenia> faction would draw conclusions from the incident that occurred on May 8 at the National Assembly.
In an interview with reporters, Makunts noted that the <Bright Armenia> faction does not admit its guilt for what happened, and she considers this position to be wrong. <In turn, our faction condemned the incident. We made our conclusions from what happened and we hope <Bright Armenia> will do the same, even if not publicly. I hope that our work will return to its usual, meaningful course again>, the MP noted.
When asked how events would develop if the <Bright Armenia> continued to boycott the RA National Assembly, Makunts said that the MPs from the <Bright Armenia> faction should give an answer to this question.
It should be noted that on May 8 the work of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia was interrupted due to the conflict that arose between head of the <Bright Armenia> faction Edmon Marukyan and MP from the "My Step" faction Sasun Mikayelyan. Other members of parliament were involved in the assault. Clarification of relations with the participation of parliamentarians continued during the announced break, after which the conflicting parties finally dispersed.
