Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs (Igor Popov of the Russian Federation, Stephane Visconti of France, and Andrew Schofer of the United States) as well as personal representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk discussed during a video conference the recent processes in the negotiations on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
