ArmInfo. To date, the epidemiological situation in Artsakh is completely under control. State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh Grigory Martirosyan stated this in an interview with reporters. He noted that there are three foci of infection in the NKR, 2 of which are under full control.
As for the third source, then, according to Martirosyan, they are working on it. The localization of the source is connected with the contacts of the sick family members and is conditional on the fact that the sick person lives in a large settlement>, the Minister of State emphasized.
When asked if it was dangerous to hold the second round of elections, taking into account the fact that the first sick citizen took part in the elections, after which the whole village was isolated, Martirosyan said: <As far as we know, this citizen was wearing a mask and gloves. For all the elapsed time in this community we had only one case of infection, the sick is a member of the family of the first infected>.
He emphasized that if all the precautions were followed, then no problems would arise. As for the remark that there is some contradiction, due to the fact that the state of emergency is introduced on the one hand and the elections are held on the other, the Minister of State emphasized: "Actually, I am not the one to be addressed this question, but I will answer. As the president of the country and other dignitaries said, this is not our desire, but the requirement of the Constitution. The country's authorities, the president are not even authorized to postpone elections, apply a different regime>.
