At the same time, Pashinyan noted that in conditions of emergency it is important to preserve economic life, therefore, from Monday (April 13) a number of types of economic activities will be fully allowed, in particular agriculture, forestry and fisheries, mining and open pit mining, electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning, water supply, purification, waste treatment and the receipt of secondary raw materials, work of freight and storage facilities are allowed. In addition, from April 13, the Commandant will allow the construction of open works, the production of tobacco products, after April 20 - the production of textiles and clothing, the activities of household stores, scientific developments and research.
However, the prime minister said that in the near future the activities of public transport, which contains the highest level of risk of the spread of the disease, will be completely banned. At the same time, he emphasized that employers in emergency situations must bear the costs of moving employees whose type of detail does not fall under the restrictions of the Commandant's Office. Interregional movements will be banned in the coming weeks, however, taxi operation in Yerevan and the regions will not be stopped.
