Chairman of the Central Bank Arthur Javadyan touched upon the implementation of the 1st and 2nd events. As part of the first event, 229 loan applications were submitted, there are already 7 approved loans totaling 1 billion 63 million drams, 2 organizations have already received a loan, the rest will receive on April 6. As part of the second event, 1,117 applications were submitted, 180 have already been satisfied, 150 of which are agricultural microloans, 30 are others, the total amount is about 100 million drams. The remaining applications filed as part of the two events are being studied, current minor technical issues are quickly resolved, there are also applications that do not meet the objectives of the programs, which will also be provided with information. Arthur Javadyan noted that the dynamics of the programs are good, given the short period of their launch and the procedure for providing loans.
"Based on current data, we note that these two programs have begun to really work, and at the same time monitoring continues to understand the future course," said the Prime Minister.
Minister of Economy Tigran Khachatryan reported on the process of implementing the 3rd event. About 3000 calls were received to short number 1-09, the number of applications submitted was 210, of which 192 were processed, 25.5 million drams have already been provided. Some of the applications were rejected, the main reason for the rejection of applications was non-compliance with the industry, overdue tax liabilities and non-compliance with the volume of turnover.
David Ananyan, Chairman of the State Revenue Committee, touched upon the implementation of the 5th event. He noted that according to the results of monitoring the information provided for the first 4 days of April, the event beneficiaries were 3264 business entities. An online notification was sent to them, 496 of them sent applications, the total payment amount is 67 million 400 thousand drams.
Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Zaruhi Batoyan announced the 4th, 6th, 7th and 9th events. She noted that the identification of the beneficiaries of these programs and the implementation of implementation procedures are being carried out, after which the money will be allocated.
Stressing the need for quick support of certain social groups, Nikol Pashinyan instructed to accelerate the implementation of social events and provide financial assistance to all beneficiaries by the end of next week.
Assistant to the Prime Minister Nairi Sargsyan presented the process of implementation of the 8th event. He noted that the procedure for implementing the program has already been developed and will be put into interdepartmental circulation tomorrow, a circle of potential beneficiaries will be determined. A website project is also ready for online appeals for all social events. After the approval of the implementation procedure, which is scheduled for next week, it will be possible to fill out an online application and receive relevant financial assistance on its basis.
The meeting also discussed a number of proposals regarding the possible expansion and improvement of the above activities. The Prime Minister proposed to continue monitoring all 9 events, complete the provision of the planned financial support, and at the same time discuss new ideas. The head of government instructed the responsible persons to submit daily data on the implementation of measures, on the basis of which the dynamics and effectiveness of measures will be evaluated.
