Tokayev signed law on Armenia`s accession to Agreement on  introduction of single type certificates of title of vehicle 

ArmInfo.  President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed the law "On Ratification of the Protocol on the Accession of the Republic of Armenia to the  Agreement on the introduction of uniform forms of single type motor  vehicle certificate of title and self-propelled vehicle certificate  of title and other types of equipment and organization of electronic  passport systems dated August 15, 2014" . This was reported on the  official website of the head of Kazakhstan.

The protocol provides for Armenia's accession to the agreement,  thereby committing itself to the introduction of an electronic  passport system.  The agreement also regulates the issues of a  unified passport form, including the use of its electronic forms,  vehicles and other types of equipment produced and subject to  registration in the territory of the EAEU states.
