ArmInfo.The Investigative Committee of Armenia assessed the damage caused by the enemy as a result of firing of the border village of Baghanis on the evening of March 30.
According to the agency, as a result of firing by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, in the village of Baghanis of Noyemberyan region, Tavush Province of RA, the roofs and windows of the houses of seven residents, as well as the front door of the school canteen were damaged. Investigators during the survey of the area collected bullets of various calibers. In fact, a criminal case was opened on the grounds of paragraphs 1, 6 and 13, part 2 of Art. 34-104 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia (an attempt to kill two or more persons by creating a danger to the lives of many and on the basis of national hatred, and an attempt to unlawfully intentionally kill). An investigation is underway.
It should be noted that on March 30, the Azerbaijani side made an attempt to sabotage penetration towards Noyemberyan of the Tavush Province of the Republic of Armenia. The border villages of Baghanis and Voskevan were also fired. Two Armenian soldiers and a 14-year-old youth suffered from these enemy actions.
