It will be possible to apply for social assistance in connection with  coronavirus from April 10

ArmInfo. From April 10, citizens can apply for social assistance provided by measures to neutralize the economic consequences of coronavirus. The Assistant to the Prime  Minister of Armenia Nairi Sargsyan wrote about this on his Facebook  page.

<According to the system for accepting online applications by the  State Social Security Service, from April 10, citizens can apply for  social assistance provided by measures to neutralize the economic  consequences of coronavirus. The order and size of the assistance  provided can be found on the website www.online.ssa.am>, he wrote.

Recall that earlier the RA Government approved the Comprehensive  Program of Measures to Combat the Effects of Coronavirus, as well as  to Mitigate Economic Consequences. The program, in particular, is  aimed at identifying and assisting groups that have lost jobs due to  coronavirus, ensuring the safety of socially vulnerable, socially  vulnerable groups and supporting their families, promoting the  modernization of the health system, and so on. So, it is planned to  assist individual business entities in the form of co- financing,  refinancing and subsidizing interest rates; setting a zero interest  rate for loans in order to build the potential of the agricultural  sector; assistance to business entities with an annual turnover of  24-500 million drams in 2019 in the form of insurance and subsidizing  interest rates; assistance to families with minor children under 14  years old, faced with social problems as a result of the situation on  the labor market; assistance to business entities in ensuring the  continuity of activities through the preservation of effective jobs.
