ArmInfo. "We hope that from about the second half of April to the beginning of May, Armenia will gradually return to a full life," said Deputy Prime Minister, Commandant of the Republic of Armenia Tigran Avinyan at a press conference on March 31. Such a development of the scenario, he said, is possible under the condition of impeccable implementation of preventive measures and maintaining the isolation regime.
In particular, Avinyan said that at the moment Armenia is moving to the 3rd stage of the Commandant's strategy, within the framework of which the toughest restrictions will operate. <We intend to implement all possible restrictions regarding freedom of movement, economic activity, we will oblige the citizens to strictly observe the sanitary and epidemic rules and safety standards of those economic entities that must continue to work, increase control mechanisms and apply various penalties, "the Commandant explained. In the next 10 days of the toughened regime, in order to increase control, Avinyan said that additional forces will join the law enforcement agencies.
As part of the 4th stage of the strategy, which will begin on April 14, technological tools will be used to increase the effectiveness of preventive measures. <I want to say that these tools are ready, we are only waiting for the adoption of bills in the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, which will allow us to effectively identify the possible circle of communication of patients, and monitor compliance with the strict regime of their isolation, even if the latter have absolutely no symptoms of infection'', the Deputy Prime Minister said. He emphasized that Armenia follows the experience of those countries which, thanks to their technical equipment, have been able to carry out effective work to isolate the population. In this vein, he referred to Singapore, where today, thanks to the use of technological tools, all enterprises and educational institutions are fully operational.
