ArmInfo. The commandant calls unconditionally to follow the instructions of the government and other authorized bodies of the Republic of Armenia in the conditions of a state of emergency declared from March 16 to April 14 in the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
This is stated on the official Facebook page of the Single Foreign Information Center of the Republic of Armenia. In particular, the Commandant recalls that violation of the special regime of entry and exit in a state of emergency entails a fine ranging from 50 to 70 times the minimum wage.
Violation of the special procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia during an emergency for the sale, purchase and circulation of foodstuffs and basic necessities is fraught with a fine of 100 to 300 times the minimum wage. Violation of the ban on strikes and other events that suspend or terminate the activities of legal entities during an emergency threatens with a fine from 50 to 200 times the minimum wage.
Violation of restrictions on the movement of vehicles, as well as obstructing their inspection, shall entail a fine of 50 to 100 times the minimum wage. A fine of 100 to 300 times the minimum wage is threatened by media outlets that are prohibited during a state of emergency.
If publications are not deleted during the day, a fine will be re-applied to the media, this time for an amount of 500 to 1000 times the minimum wage. Violation of the isolation or self-isolation regime and restrictions on free movement threatens with a fine in the amount of 100 to 200 times the minimum wage
