Of the 78 cases, eighteen were recorded in quarantined individuals. The condition of all infected people is satisfactory, only in two cases is pneumonia recorded. The Minister noted that at the moment about 600 people are isolated, several hundred more people can be quarantined. But in other cases, you will have to resort only to self-isolation. As explained by Arsen Torosyan, the disease is asymptomatic for many - there is no temperature or other signs.

"We all agreed with the proposal of the European Commission to restrict entry to Europe from countries outside the EU, Great Britain and other countries," Ms Merkel announced. The decision was made at an emergency summit of the EU heads of state. The results were announced by the German Chancellor. The ban will be valid for 30 days. According to Angela Merkel, Germany imposes a ban immediately. According to Spiegel, the German federal police have already been instructed not to allow citizens of non- EU countries at Frankfurt and Munich airports.
Citizens of Great Britain, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland will be allowed transit travel to return home, the same applies to citizens with temporary residence permits in these countries.
As previously announced by the head of the European Commission, persons with a residence permit in the EU countries, family members of EU citizens, diplomats, as well as specialists - doctors, nurses, scientists, experts assisting in the fight against coronavirus, do not fall under the ban on entry.
According to the latest data, more than 186 thousand people have been infected with the coronavirus worldwide, more than 80 thousand have recovered, and more than 7.4 thousand have become infected. In Europe, the largest number of infections were recorded in Italy (27 thousand), Spain (11 thousand), Germany (7 thousand) and France (6 thousand). Countries restrict air and rail communications, introduce a quarantine regime within the country and declare an emergency mode. The closure of borders for foreigners was also announced by Russia.
