ArmInfo.RA Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan called on Armenian citizens to refrain from visiting government departments and use electronic management tools. He wrote about this on his Facebook page.
<The e-government tools introduced by the government make it possible to communicate with state and local authorities online without the need to leave home. Thus, you can, if possible, refrain from visiting various departments. I urge you to forward your statements, complaints and inquiries to state and local authorities using the unified electronic request platform E-request.am without leaving your home. When sending a request via E-request.am, indicate your e-mail address, and the relevant body will send a response to this address>, Avinyan noted.
As he noted, all payments can be made through the online banking service e-payments.am or through payment systems. You can get in touch with the tax authorities through the website taxservice.am - through the electronic site management system, the police - police.am, the Real Estate Cadastre Committee - e- cadastre.am. In case of urgent problems with government agencies, you should call the telephone <hot line> of a specific structure, or contact it through its official page on Facebook.
"I will also add that, if necessary, employees of state bodies have the opportunity to do their work from home, through the Mulberry electronic document management system," Avinyan wrote.
To note, in Armenia at the moment 30 cases of Coronavirus have been detected.
