He receives the necessary medical care, the rest do not need treatment. The minister recalled that all three arrived from Italy. At the time of arrival, they had no complaints, but were controlled by specialists in the form of telephone and electronic communications. When complaints appeared, all three were hospitalized, and all three had a virus. At present, the minister continued, work is ongoing to identify all those who have contacted these people in order to isolate them. Already 10 people are isolated, who, together with another 30 persons, are in a specially designated place. Work is being carried out at the place of residence of these individuals, and it is possible that by the end of today the number of isolated individuals will be increased. Torosyan noted that of the three arrivals from Italy - two citizens of Armenia and one - of Italy.
The Minister assured that measures were being taken throughout the country to prevent the further spread of coronavirus. Among the most risky countries, he named China, the countries of the European Union, Iran and South Korea. Torosyan added that the responsibility of every citizen of the country is important for the further spread of the virus.
In turn, the head of the Office for the Coordination of Inspection Authorities Artur Asoyan emphasized that as in airports, so at the borders is tightened control over arriving citizens. And if from February 28 control was carried out only in relation to passengers arriving from risky countries, now it applies to all persons arriving in the republic without exception. All passengers are measured temperature, address cards are compiled. Moreover, the cards are filled on board the aircraft. As of 09:00 on March 12, 6300 cards were filled and submitted. Control is carried out by the joint efforts of the National Security Council and the Ministry of Health of the country.
