Armenian Supervisory Authority Identifies Violations in the  Procurement Process of the Ministry of Defense of Diesel Fuel for  Army Needs

ArmInfo. The State Supervision Service of the Republic of Armenia conducted a study at the Ministry of Defense regarding the legality and effectiveness of the purchase  of diesel fuel for army needs in 2019.

As the press service of the RA supervisory authority reports, in this  case the process of acquiring diesel fuel from the company Gasoil OO  was studied, and violations were identified. In particular,  violations were recorded during the procurement planning process, the  choice of the form of procurement, supply, technical compliance of  the supplied diesel fuel and other circumstances.

According to the results of the study, the compiled certificate was  sent to the General Prosecutor's Office of Armenia for a criminal  legal assessment of the recorded violations.
