ArmInfo.RA Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Araik Harutyunyan 100% excludes the use of administrative resources during the constitutional referendum. He stated this to journalists on March 10 during the campaign "YES" in the city of Agarak, Syunik region.
The Minister noted that the authorities, as promised, will solve important issues through referenda, and the constitutional referendum scheduled for April 5 is based on the logic of the "velvet revolution". According to him, the democratic processes that began in Armenia in May 2018 are ongoing, and one of the tasks is to have balanced bodies, which the Constitutional Court does not apply to today.
Harutyunyan 100% excludes the use of administrative resources during the constitutional referendum. "If there are individual manifestations, we will respond to them in a timely manner and prevent them," he said. Recall that the issue of dissolution of the Constitutional Court is included in the agenda of the referendum on amendments to the Constitution.
