Armenian NSS revealed another case of organizing illegal migration to  Europe

ArmInfo.The National Bora Service of Armenia revealed another case of organizing illegal  migration to Europe.

According to the National Security Council of the Republic of  Armenia, factual evidence was obtained that a group of people living  in the Aragatsotn region from 2018 to 2020, by preliminary conspiracy  for the amount of 3500-3800 euros, promised to organize the process  of illegal migration of 20 RA citizens.  The Ministry said that the  above-mentioned persons had drawn up false documents for obtaining  visas (marriage certificates, bank account receipts, work  certificates), which were submitted to the embassies of several  European countries operating in the territory of the Republic of  Armenia and due to which a number of migrants received Schengen  visas.

"A criminal case has been instituted on the fact of the National  Security Service of the Republic of Armenia. One of the organizers of  the illegal migration was detained and pleaded guilty. The remaining  participants in the crime left the territory of Armenia. The  preliminary investigation within the framework of the criminal case  is ongoing. Every measure is being taken to identify all participants  in the criminal scheme and bring them to justice ", the National  Security Council said in a statement.
