RA Embassy addresses Armenian citizens in connection with coronavirus  outbreak in Italy

ArmInfo. The Armenian Embassy appealed to the citizens of Armenia in connection with the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in Italy.

Thus, the Armenian Embassy in Italy urged RA citizens to refuse to  visit the communities of Codogno, Castiglione d'Adda,  Casalpusterlengo, Fombio, Maleo, Somaglia, Bertonico, Terranova dei  Passerini, Castelgerundo e San Fiorano in the Lombardy region and Vo  'Euganeo in the Veneto region, and generally get away from crowded  places due to the increase in the number of patients with coronavirus  in Italy.

The embassy also informed that at the moment the number of people  infected with coronavirus in Italy amounted to 219 people, the  predominant number of whom are in the Lombardy region. Five people  have already died. In the northern part of the country, educational  institutions, public facilities are closed, cultural and sports  events are postponed.

The day before, Armenia decided to close the air and land  communication with Iran for two weeks in connection with the spread  of the coronavirus in Iran.
